Eng. Emeel Abdalla, Chairman of Emeel Abdalla Investments Holding, is a self-made visionary who has spent over three decades shaping real estate and construction across the Middle East. From humble beginnings, he built a regional powerhouse encompassing major subsidiaries, including First Group, a leader in modern engineering and construction in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and beyond, delivering over 100 projects, including towers, cities, and integrated housing. Driven by a philosophy that true building combines innovation, sustainability, and quality, he expanded into Egypt with Urbnlanes Developments, creating landmark projects such as NOI, Midlane, Levels Business Tower, Yellow Residence, Yellow Lane, and Eastlane Mall. An early adopter of digital technology and AI in construction, he champions efficiency, eco-friendly practices, and safety while maintaining the highest standards of design and execution. Under his leadership, the group has earned six ISO certifications and multiple regional and international awards, leaving a lasting impact on the urban landscape of the Middle East with the guiding mission: “Building the future… preserving the legacy.”

Eng. Mina Emeel Abdalla, CEO of First Group in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and Board Member of Urbnlanes, leads with vision, determination, and teamwork, shaping some of the most innovative and high-quality real estate projects in the Middle East. A civil engineering graduate from the American University in Cairo (2014), he quickly pioneered through leadership roles across the Emeel Abdalla Investment Group, managing major developments in Egypt, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. Over 11 years, he has overseen over 100 projects including towers, residential cities, and landmark infrastructure implementing advanced management systems, global standards, and sustainable practices. Under his leadership, many projects have earned ISO certifications and international awards.
