Eng. Fadi Abdullah, CEO of Urbnlanes Kuwait, is considered a prime example of a new generation of real estate developers who have managed to leave a significant mark on the Egyptian property market. Although Eng. Fadi Abdullah is only 32 years old, he possesses extensive experience, having entered the workforce early. Born in Kuwait City, Eng. Fadi Abdullah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the American University in Cairo, specializing in project management. This laid a solid foundation for his professional career. He subsequently joined Emil Abdullah Investments, the distinguished family business comprising six other companies. In 2011, he became CEO of First United Egypt, successfully overseeing diverse projects in Egypt, focusing on developing prime locations such as Maadi, Sheraton, and New Cairo.

Eng. Fadi played a vital role in supervising the company’s extensive operations in Kuwait, leaving a strong mark through his own projects, including American University of the Middle East, West Abdullah Mubarak City, Muttlaa City, and Hessa Mubarak Towers—all reflecting his dedicated and outstanding leadership.
Under his leadership, First Group Kuwait successfully delivered over 100 projects, including 20 skyscrapers and three major cities, earning widespread recognition, including three ISO certificates in 2017. Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to shaping Egypt’s urban landscape, Fadi Abdullah founded Urbnlanes Real Estate Development with an initial investment of EGP 11 billion.
With a vision to redefine the real estate sector and create landmark architectural developments, Urbnlanes Kuwait began a transformative journey with the launch of its inaugural project, Levels Business Tower in the New Administrative Capital.

Eng. Fadi Abdullah enhanced the company’s project portfolio through partnerships with leading international engineering firms, including WSA Dubai, Tahseen Consulting, Raef Fahmy Consulting, and Hany Saad Innovation Office, alongside strategic collaborations with industry leaders such as Allianz, Etisalat Misr, Savills, Enova by Veolia, Jadar, and Regus, providing the highest-quality services to clients.
According to Eng. Fadi Abdullah, the projects launched in Egypt so far are only the beginning. The company aims to expand to coastal cities, considering investments in the North Coast and other opportunities in Egypt, with a firm commitment to excellence and shaping the urban landscape.
