Why we contact you
We send service correspondence in response to a request or in connection with an existing relationship. This can include enquiry replies, requested project information or brochures, meeting arrangements, clarifications, and relevant updates connected with an agreed transaction or service.
Where messages come from
Our public enquiry address is info@urbnlanes.com. An authorised member of the team may reply from another address at urbnlanes.com. When a message is unexpected, verify it with the team using the published contact details before sharing information or making a payment.
No newsletter enrolment
Submitting the general contact or meeting form does not sign you up for a newsletter or unsolicited promotional campaign. The checkbox on those forms applies to processing and answering the request.
Stop optional email follow-ups
Reply STOP or contact info@urbnlanes.com to end optional email follow-ups. You can ask us to use a phone number or another available method instead. Messages needed for an existing agreement or an applicable obligation may still be necessary; contact us to agree practical arrangements.
Delivery and privacy
If an address is incorrect or a delivery fails, let the team know so it can be corrected or no longer used. Read the Privacy notice for retention and privacy requests. Never send full payment card details or sensitive identity records in ordinary email.
